A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME,
I was born in a city where most of you probably never heard of, Surabaya, Indonesia. My family moved here in Canada when I was 17 years old, I am my parents first born as well as their last.
I grew up wanting to be a soccer player, then when I moved here.. I wanted to be a basketball player. I love sports, I love moving around and told myself that I would never get a job that requires me to sit on a chair staring at a computer for hours. Well, luckily, that is what my life has turned to for the last couple of years, don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love it and would not want to find a different career.
The first time I was introduced into the film world was back when I was in Langley Secondary High School. I remember it being one of the most fun semesters. I also remember being able to skip class time because I was asked to put together video projects for the school. Since then, I never stopped loving filmmaking even until I graduated high school. During these years, I also taught myself how to do photography because why limit myself to videography when I know that I am capable of doing both. Here I am today, 3 years after my graduation, trying to make the best out of myself as a filmmaker, as well as a photographer.
I know that this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.. whether it’s filming documentaries, photographing events, weddings, or even taking pictures of absolutely random things. I have to say that, I really am enjoying this and would not trade it for anything.
I am here because I believe in my skills and I am going to keep growing as an individual to become the best version of filmmaker/photographer that I can be. I love telling stories, meeting new people, helping them with what I can, to look back at memories or making new ones. My goal is to be able to tell as many stories as possible, and if you want to be apart of this, let’s talk!
